Sadly nothing is free & you'd be paying for this anywhere anyway. Our carriers charge us by weight of your order, so we simply pass that charge on to you. We thought this was fairer, you pay for shipping what you've ordered.

As a startup last year, we haven't been able to buy in stock of everything at the moment. So we buy what customers want and we buy deeper, so that when you come back we'll have the stock for you. However, if we are out of stock it only adds a few days to get more stock in for you.

The biggest reason is that they are a sustainable source, capturing carbon, whereas using a carbon sink like fossil fuels definitely isn't! Want to know more? please read our blog

Compostables should be stored in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. When stored following these guidelines, they have a 12-month shelf life.

In some rare circumstances, our suppliers haven't yet found a suitable alternative to plastic. In this case please recycle responsibly.

We don’t use plastic fill as a rule, the only time it would be used is if we recycled some air pillows which had come in from another delivery. Please help out by recycling or re-using any packaging that we send with your order.
