Sustainable food packaging made from plants not plastic
We supply over 400 products made from plants and not oil based plastic. Ideal for use in takeaways, catering and events businesses, farmers markets, food stalls and shops, our products are robust, practical and 100% plastic free. Food packaging made from renewable sources
Because our products are made from renewable sources such as corn starch or sugar cane, they mustn’t be disposed of with other plastic recycling waste. Instead, our products are either fully compostable or biodegradable.
For compostable products, we suggest you check locally for compostables collection in local food waste. Alternatively, these items can be placed in your garden compost bin, but please note that it will take longer for them to fully degrade, depending on environmental conditions and the composting method you use.
If biodegradable items are to fully degrade in a timely manner, they must be processed in special industrial composting facilities. At present, this type of facility isn’t available in all areas of the UK. We recommend that you check the situation in your local area first.
