Our product range
We believe that finding realistic alternatives to single use plastic catering products should be easier and cheaper than it is. After all, why should you have to pay more for sustainable alternatives?
From eco takeaway coffee cups, lids and stirrers, through to deli pots, food wrap and pizza boxes, our products offer great value and are completely plastic free. We work hard to ensure our prices are competitive and comparable to single use plastic items, whilst offering the option to buy 100s of what you need rather than 1000s. We don’t set a minimum order value but if you do want to order in bulk, we offer discounts for large orders.
Choosing eco coffee cups shouldn’t have to mean compromising on quality either and although our products are free from plastic, the y are just as robust and durable as their plastic counterparts - a win for you and a win for the planet! How to recycle our products
Once they’ve been used our products are easy to recycle either by composting or biodegrading. Both processes are similar and our products will degrade in under 90 days in a local council industrial composter. In addition, compostable products can also be recycled in your compost bin at home, however the process will take longer as it is dependent on conditions and the method you use.
Many of our products look very similar to plastic, but because they are made from plant-based materials they shouldn’t be disposed of with other plastic recycling. All of our products are clearly labelled so you, and your customers, know how to dispose of them once they’ve been used.
Closing the recycling loop
It’s staggering to think that of the 8.3 billion tons of plastic that has been produced since it was first commercially manufactured, most of it still exists in some form. The majority of plastic still goes into landfill or ends up as plastic pollution in the environment. With this in mind, something has to change.
We fully understand how convenient and cost-effective single use plastic coffee cups and catering products are, and that many food and catering businesses rely upon them. This is why we are working hard to provide convenient, affordable and viable alternatives which are easy to recycle.
Unfortunately at present there are variations in the recycling facilities offered by UK councils. This makes it more complicated to recycle easily and efficiently which is something we are working hard to address. Our goal is to work with partners and local authorities to provide a solution.
