Product packaging is kept to an absolute minimum and any packaging we use is suitable for reuse or recycling.

How our products are recycled

To make recycling as easy as possible, our products are either biodegradable or compostable and are clearly marked so you know how to dispose of them in the correct way. Our compostable products can either be composted at home in your compost bin or by your local council in an industrial composter. Products which are industrially composted will break down in under 90 days but will take longer in a home composter, depending on the conditions and the method used. Biodegradable products should be disposed of in a special industrial composter and as yet this is something not all councils offer, so you’ll need to check the situation in your local area. Remember that although many of our products might look and feel just like plastic, they mustn’t be disposed of with other plastic waste.
